Occupational Medicine Consultancy Services


Occmed Health care provides Occupational Medicine Consultancy services to the industries at Sydney south and south-west metropolitan areas.

The services include Occupational Physician Consultations, Pre-placement Medicals, Work-site Health Clinics, Occupational Rehabilitation, Corporate Health Care, Injury Assessment and Independent Second Opinions.

Other services include Spray Painter's Annual Examinations and CAMS Medicals.
How Could We Help You?
All employers in New South Wales are required to have a written workplace-based return to work program for their workers. Injured workers are entitled to seek treatment from the medical practitioner of their choice.

We have an Occupational Physician who is a qualified specialist medical practitioner in Occupational Medicine. He is a  Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational Medicine (AFOM), a faculty of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP). Under HIC Act, he is a Consultant Occupational Physician, and on referrals from other medical practitioners, employer, or insurer gives opinion on further management. Hence, the worker is returned to the treating doctor for continued treatment and certification. He is no longer involved with Workcover as injury management consultant, as he gives independent opinions only.
